Bodyweight exercises never felt so humbling.
Starting off with the basics, dead hangs, scapula control and getting used to holding and stabilising your own bodyweight!
Starting to progress into some L-Sit work and strict toes to bar and finally handstand holds.
Another chance to explore new ways to move the body and challenge yourself even further.

Squaddie of the Week ๐
John Miller, aka David Hasselhoff / The Hoff
John is one of our OGโs at the CAV who wore a red tee once and is know known as the Hoff, gotta love a nickname ๐
His consistency since starting has been unreal from day one and it shows making the trip down to Henley everyday whilst The Cav was shut for a big comp! His biggest takeaway was people in RG9 donโt rest - livid ๐
Thereโs nothing quite like Hoffmanโs subtle humour and we love it at 6:15 everyday morning ๐
Letโs just say heโs come an unbelievable way since his first sessionโฆfalling off the ski backwards is a highlight ๐

Recently we collaborated with the guys @nordic.rhythm for an evening of โBROGAโ followed by an amazing contrast therapy session post practice
Getting men together to do things that donโt involve getting competitive or getting p*ssed is rare and underratedโฆ(albeit a few weโre seeing how long they could stay in the cold plunge ๐)

Every year, on the 7th September, we get to paint the gaff red in aid of a special young boy called Ben as his Squaddke ๐ of a father @alexdclarkey to raise awareness of Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy @benvsduchenne
As always, incredible buy in a credit to the values we stand by as a community and a testament to the impact Alex aka Clarkey has had within it
